How can I block ********/nofollow link highlighters from detecting my link types?

I would like to know if there is a tool that can block any spy bot, chrome extension or software that is built to check whether links are ******** or nofollow in a blog [article]

Any free html script or tool that can do this? I need it please.

i don't know of any tool, but why would you want to? i am worried if you do find something like what you are asking, you might be jeopardizing on how google reads your site.
