A few tips tho:
You can add your CPA link either to your about me / your comment section. (Most people can’t find the description since it’s kind of hidden.)
I can’t tell you how often he uploaded the video since Performance also depends a lot on title, tags etc, but I can say that he probably uploaded the same video multiple times.
