[Hostwind] Here is What happened...

I registered in hostwind through BHW referral having known that they are offering free hosting for 2 months. I did select one of their business plan from HERE and signed up with them.

But when I logged in, I got nothing. So I created a ticket in there...

I just came across via BHW and I thought My Product will be active immediately. But it seems there is no active offer in my dashboard.
Can you resolve the issue? I hope my registration won't go in vain.

We are not showing any products at all on our end that have been ordered or requested. I would recommend speaking with BHW and their staff/developers to ensure that their promotion correctly worked. In the mean time, I am forwarding this to the concerned persons to investigate as well to be certain it was not an error on our end. Day goes by..... Nothing happensssss!

I had terrible experience with Hostwinds too. It was regarding the CPVLab hosting. They are claiming money back guarantee on a main page but once you want to get a refund they just refer you to some hard to find policy page.

I was using Hostwinds for all my sites (unlimited addons package) but then started having downtimes (several 1-2 hours downtimes a day) so I left and moved to PowerupHosting. Best service till now. I have been on PowerUpHosting for like more than a year and everything is smooth!
