HostGator worst in support & response

Someone should make a hosting list based on blackhat reviews, arranged from the best to the worst.

I also took the risk and bought the HostGator Black Friday Hosting (even after reading the negative reviews on here) and had several issues when I tried contacting support, although after the issues were resolved I gave them a pass on the long wait time since they were inundated by support requests because of Black Friday (which was the case with many companies). Since then, I haven't had an issue with them and I feel I got exactly what I paid for.

Yep screw EIG, long gone are the days when hostgator was hands down the best hosting company. Support used to be instant at any time of the day. now it's just terrible.

Haha, I remember those days back in 2008. They were one of the few companies that I've encountered that had live chat. Ever since they were bought out, my experience with them in regards to service and support started going downhill
