Is good, its just that sometimes they are busy dealing with 2-3 customers at a time, so it can take some time for them to reply.

    Im still happy with em.

+1 here, I had some problems with a site some time ago and the support was flawless, they helped me solve my problem in 10 minutes and I searched on the interned for 1 day to get it done...

    I even won 1 time 50 $ with them...

You must understand that Host Gator is a really big company, with tons of clients, you could complain about a new company with late response, but a company like Host Gator, no need to respond, Fatcow I sometimes wait up to 5 minutes for a simple "yes" or "no" answer. Just do something else while they respond.

I understand about not having much patients but really that - 1 or 2 minutes is still pretty good. You are spoiled - your expectation here is a little too high.

Are they still taking care of problem in that time or does it now seem they don't know what is going on or come up with answer that is no help?

If they still take care of problem and it is fixed in 1 or 2 minutes then this is still pretty good.

What I don't like it stupid answers or answer that is no help. Then even if there is no time - you get answer right then it is still no help to you.

The problem isn't the time it takes to answer.
The problem is that the people who answer
    1. usually have no clue what you're talking about, if the problem is anything more than "how do I use my control panel?"
    2. have NO ability to DO anything --- they have to text message the techs who CAN do stuff, and it can take forever for them to go back and forth.

Basically, when it comes to real tech support, the people who answer the phone are like receptionists. I've had a problem where apache had to be restarted or the MySQL server had to be restarted --- and it can take 30 minutes. Any other host I've used, dedicated or shared (except for a couple of POS offshore ones that I tried) - I can pick up the phone, talk to a tech, and have them restart apache immediately. Takes about 20 seconds. With Hostgator, it's a huge deal.

    AAAAARGH.

(And sending an email ticket can still take forever to get a response - and the live chat people are even worse than the phone people. If it wasn't a major pain to switch hosts because I have an SEO account there with a lot of different IPs and sites, I'd be long gone.)

I've had nothing but great help from the Hostgator live chat support. They're always friendly, always answer my questions, hell, I've even had one that was so nice as to do a little bit of coding on one of my blogs.

The problem is you. People are too fucking impatient these days. "OH NO I HAD TO WAIT A WHOLE MINUTE TO GET A RESPONSE, WHY ISN'T THE WORLD FOCUSED SOLELY ON ME AND ME ONLY"

    Rack off.
