Hi friends,

I paid one client to buy the hostgator hosting baby plan ( I DONT HAD CREDIT CARD ), and no he informing me that he will not give me the control panel and said he will give me acess to email accounts.

is there any problem comes with this?

because i need to upload confidential files.

so pls help me to clear with this.

He needs to give you access to the control panel. Is he from BHW?

If you don't have access to the site, you can't do anything with it. Whether the files are confidential or not you won't be able to upload anything if all you have is control of an email account.

Why is he going to give you accesses to the email but not the control panel?

if he is giving you the access to the email account which was used while creating the account
then you can simply reset the password and kick his a$$

ok so you mean that he will create email accounts under the control panel for you
probably he will be using your account to send spam mails
how did you pay him?
why don't you file a charge back if you paid via paypal ?
