Hostgator: Anyone else always facing database error with HG??

People have had reported a large amount of issues with HG, https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/warning-before-you-recommend-hostgator-read-this.621808/. If you absolutely love hostgator, you might want to reach out to their tech department and found out what the issue is.

Yes I saw the thread but seems like there was mixed views and there's people still doing fine with them. Also I was thinking since HG has been going big on their ads to the public lately, they wouldn't want to offer low quality service.

Have you contacted there support about it? Are you running a wordpress site? If your on a Null copy?
If they can't fix it for you and keep it up and running might be time to find a new host.

Honestly, I see more bad than I see good on the reviews with them. Going to their facebook, you will notice alot of their posts, people post bad stuff get deleted. Obviously, I dont know if its just people trolling, but youll see their posts with alot of comments but when you expand that they arent there. I am probably being biased though because I am a hosting provider, so perhaps my opinion doesnt count so much, lol.

Yes wordpress site. I've been getting them to get it back up the previous 2 times and they did. But didn't really get them to explain the reason why
