SCAM ALERT!
Immediately suspended my hosting service once 6 months were paid for.
Stating that the site is against their "TOS" -- lol what kind of offshore hosting is this then?
Basically STOLEN my money and provided no service.
Don't recommend them at all.
p.s. they've suspended and stolen my domain as well.
Refuses to provide refund even though no product or service was provided.

Hi,
Very odd from a old reputable member that you are calling us scammers. We didn't scam anyone.
You purchased a domain and web hosting package form us which was suspended due to hosting an illegal pharmaceutical/drugs website which is against our terms of agreement. Our sales thread even mentions our agreement at bottom, before signing up you are asked to confirm you read our Terms of service before purchasing, and even a quick search at bottom our website before buying which you disregarded. Our agreement explicitly states we cannot refund users that abuse our services for illegal drugs. You thought that "offshore" means you can host anything which is false, offshore means hosting your website outside of USA and in the EU which we provided you hosting within an EU country, which still means you must follow the laws of that EU country. You're free to open a BHW dispute and we will refund you if you believe we scammed you. Were not trying to scam you but it's standard practice with any hosting company that if anyone abuses their services, no refunds can be given. In regards to domain names, we don't handle abuse we're a reseller and Namesilo doesn't allow pharmaceutical domains either.
We sent you a copy of this via ticketing system which you've replied:
We do not allow illegal drugs/substances/pharmaceutical websites that are against Dutch law.
We were forced to suspend your website and domain "https://modafinildeals.com/"; as "modafinil" is an illegal or prescription drug substance in most EU countries, including USA. Please follow TOS - https://hostcay.com/service-agreement

It was a review site and you stolen our money for hosting (be it, I don't care) and the domain itself.
You didn't even send a message or a warning, nothing. Just suspended without even knowing the slightest.
You're simply a moron and a scamster looking for a quick buck.
If you didn't alow certain words in domain -- then filter it. Why let it register, take money and then steal it?

That’s not how domain registration works, you can’t filter illegal domains it’s up to the registry of the domain tld, and also up to you to follow the rules set forth in our agreement. Like I said if you believe we scammed you then open a BHW dispute and we will refund you. You can’t just go host illegal websites wherever you please and then throw out words like scammer etc because you went against the agreement was we provided 1; sales thread, 2; bottom of our website and 3; before you order you are asked to confirm that you’ve read the agreement that if you host anything illegal then no refunds can be given. If that were the case we’d be in loss as for domains registrations we are a reseller just like all other providers in here and most of the funds go towards registering the domain name. Our agreement states "promotes illegal drugs in any way" this includes blogs not just selling intentionally. We’re not looking for a quick buck, we’d of refunded as good will gesture if you were simply nice and communicative to us but you threatened us numerous times via ticketing and we’ve even unsuspended the domain name for you so you can transfer it away once 60 days pass as required by ICANN but for hosting we cannot host you. Even if you transfer it away you have illegal drug words in the name and other domain providers will still suspend it down the line if not ICANN itself but that's now up to you what you want to do with it.
