Update: Your service [redcar……com] is phishing and has nothing to do with DMCA copyright complaints. I recommend reading service agreement next time as making false accusations we’ll have to share full contents and abuse reports of your activities for transparency.

I think your confusing DMCA (copyright) with illegal activities such as Phishing/Spamming. Also we don’t handle abuse on domain names. You mentioned that you do not handle abuse reports at the domain level and that such matters are handled by the registry. In that case, I would like to understand how you would respond if you received an abuse complaint alleging “impersonation,” even when the website hosted on the domain clearly states through disclaimers, footer notices, pop-ups, and policy pages that it is not the official website and has no affiliation whatsoever with the original entity.

Would such a complaint still require action on your part, or would the presence of these clear disclosures be sufficient to demonstrate that there is no intent to mislead visitors?

I would appreciate some clarification on how you evaluate and handle such cases.
