Need 30 Class IPs to host WordPress......

....but really don't want to pay much more than $100 per month,... is there any hosting service out there that can work with this?

I saw a thread on here before,... but it was weird because I guess it could not accept payment from me here in the US.

Anyone have any suggestions?

If you need deticated hosting. I can give different IP for that rate.

I cannot provide different c-class.. I can only provide same c class.

30 different /24 subnets means: you need a huge company
hostgators seohosting.com has many subnets but I don't know their prices.

You should try Indianets.com - I think 30 class-C Ips is around $60 per month. I have been using them for more than a year now, and except for one hiccup, they have been really good.
