Hey, we're hiring 1 new person to expand our existing team.
This is for Onlyfans Traffic so you will see explicit content.
We have a Reddit operation with 4 people who are posting on various accounts. The goal with this hiring is for the posters to fully dedicate themselves to posting and for you to manage everything else necessary to make this run. This includes:
- Content Management (Editing / Organizing / Production): The editing part is pretty basic no need to be an expert, it consists mainly of cropping and using an app to improve facial expressions. Organization, this means managing and organizing the content in the right folders on Google Drive. Production wise, it's about communicating with the Reddit operators (the posters) to see which content they need more of and talking with the model to get it produced.
- Subreddit Research: Finding new subreddits for us to post on.
- Subreddit Tests: This is about gathering data available on our profiles to then analyze the subreddits we post on and so know if they're good or not.
- Data gathering: Similar to the subreddit testing but more broad, clicks, average upvotes, conversion rates, and stuff like that.
- Google Sheet Management: We use a Sheet to run this all, where we have our subreddits and captions. This won't be much work, just keeping it clean and up to date.
Everything on how and what to do will be explained to you in detail if we proceed further, you don't need to know how to do all of this, it's not too hard and we'll teach you everything.
This position is for the long term and it is full time If you are looking for a quick side job or short term, we aren’t a good fit sorry.
The salary is 500$, paid (250$) mid-month + (250$) end of month. The payments are made through crypto, USDT.
Here are the prerequisites :
- Great English, writing and be able to speak fluently, we are a team and do calls / communicate all the time, you need to be able to do that too.
- You must own a laptop/pc that is decent + a phone (Work is done on both devices even if mainly on PC)
- Good internet connection, it needs to be stable and not take 30 seconds to load a web page.
- Be social, you don’t need to be hella friends or whatever, but we are a team of 4 (2 woman / 2 men) and we’re chill and cool. I want to keep the vibe like that.

- You’ve been BANNED from Reddit before (even if it was 2 years ago).
- You are in Indonesia as Reddit is banned there and VPN’s make it harder.
