Hiring an SEO Expert for backlinking

We started a website and need some help trying to drive traffic to a few inner pages through Google. We want to drive traffic to about 3 different inner pages and each will have different keywords.

keywords for the 3 different pages will be something like this:

Page 1: Scuba Knife
Scuba Knives
Best Dive Knife

Page 2: Good sleeping bags
Outdoor sleeping bags

Page 3: Beginner Tennis Racket
Best tennis racket for beginners

We are college students so don't have a very big budget for this task but can pay up to $200. Once we get to page one for those 3 pages we will send you another 3 pages along with another payment. Back linking needs to be to relevant sites and we would like someone with a proven ability to get sites on page 1 of google results. We are not looking to get to the number one spot on competitive keywords but would like to get to the top 3 positions on phrases that are not too competitive. Let me know if your interested.

That is such a low budget for today's SEO situation. A lot of strategies that used to work, do not anymore. So things take time and a lot more work.

With a bigger budget, I would be able to take your work on. With the latest changes with google you can no longer rank content well with cheap methods.
 
200 dollars is a pretty low budget, just be careful what you spend it on. Lot of stuff even in bst, won't get you results.

simply put, the panda and penguin algorithm update have created new deadly sins in the seo realm

for the op due diligence before hiring someone for those keyword

I know. It's just that people who weren't heavily involved in SEO during the times of these updates, just do not understand the implications the updates caused on our work flow. SEO has increased in price, nearly doubled in my opinion. I gave him a flat price That I could do it for and trust me, it was generous. I have a strong feeling we will see a shitlist thread by the op saying the person who did it for that low of pricing, didn't follow through. But who knows, I could be wrong. Otherwise, good luck OP.
 
Yes, the budget isnt huge, but still not that bad at all. Good luck in your business :)

That budget is incredibly low, Good luck but I would actually do it yourself and follow advice on blackhatworld, read up before you go further

So true, It's not like it was pre penguin where you could just slap up a site run some tools on it and bam 1st page. Takes a lot more work/effort now.
 
I have a feeling someone is going to get your $200 and you will still not get ranked. As mentioned many times that is very low for SEO, best of luck to you though.
