[hire]Need a long term SEO expert/partner

I am looking for an experienced SEO guy (preferably located in the US because of the language and the timezone) to work with me on both client and internal projects . A project could be ranking a single page or creating a single article or 10 directory submissions and so on. You need to be able to discuss strategies, share secrets and NOT have a "i know it all" attitude.

In the beginning, I will pay you per project. If you perform well, you will become a full-time employee or get monthly managed hours as a contractor.

Your tasks will include, but not limited to:
- On-page optimization
- Article creation/spinning/proof-reading
- Social network accounts management
- Getting high PR back-links
- Content/layout suggestions
- Article/Directory submissions
etc. etc.

I am not interested in "give us $300 a month, we will handle the rest" type of deals or any kind of packages. Also, I am looking for individuals and not companies. I am fine with "DBA"s.

If your looking for an expert, that guy should have access on links that are not easy to get.. if your guy can get web2s level only, then that would be a problem...
