[HELP!]Youtube channel Terminated. Creating New one!

Hi,
I am new to this Forum. My YouTube Channel has been terminated without any strikes
I had around 6K Subscribers and i believe the reason why i got terminated is because one f my older videos have tags in their description!
My Doubts:

1.Can i create a New channel?
2.Is there any problem if i use similar name as the terminated channel?
3.Is possible to use by changing the IP?
4. I have some old active YouTube account which hasn't uploaded a single video .Can i use that account to upload my videos?
5.Is there any way i can get back to YouTube
6.Is this possible by Re-Installing windows or by Changing Entire PC?

(Thank GOD, My Ad-sense account is with my another Gmail account)

Me too .. 17K subscribers .. 5m views .. terminated without any strikes or messages .. hope we can find someone help us

I dont know why you got terminated but wow 5m views what happened im just trying to break the mold myself with 2k subs and barely any views

All videos are mine .. and I have many FB pages/groups also I have another Yt channels

what kind of niche was your channel working on? this is so random how youtube just terminated

Clear the previous history and create another channel on other gmail account, then start the work again.

Strange youtube usually sends a mail when it terminates the account. It could be possible that you received all the 3 strikes at the same time.
If you get any option to appeal try doing that since it could be possible that you can get it back.

i think, new window install on PC will done the trick.
