Help with telegram ads

I was trying to get an ad like this running but it keeps getting rejected for destination quality. anyone with experience has a solution for this or any ideas on how to get such ads running? also its promoting an account not a channel neither a bot

Advertise on BHW
I recommend spam automation for advertising and engagement ads.

It’s cheap and more powerful than Telegram ads.
 
Telegram is not a suitable platform for publishing adult content. However, you can try Mass DMs instead of original Telegram ads.
