Help With New Bing Ads Account

Hello, so over time I built up a blackhat bing ad that generate good revenue for myself. At one point the daily budget was 500USD and it would spend anywhere from 250-350USD a day with accelerated spending on and high bids on keywords, generating thousands of impressions daily.

Now, I've had to move to a new account. I created an identical ad, which has been approved and is running. Same exact settings as my previous account, same bid amounts same budget same accelerated spending, however now I am LUCKY if it spends maybe 70USD in a day ad the click/impression count is a fraction of what it was on my old account despite having the exact same setup.

Does anyone know why this is? Do bing ads accounts naturally with age and time spent running just start showing more impressions on their own? Or is there something seriously wrong that I need to fix?

How long are you running the ads? Yes it takes some time, mostly a few days till 7 days till it's running good. Or are you already running it for a longer period?

It's been roughly a week, with little change in the spending habits and impression count of the ads.
