Hello guy I don't understand ,So I have found an answer 10 days didn't get anything to make me understand.

Q1: What is the ping mode in scrape box used for? (please detail explanation)
I knew that we ping to make spider crawl the link and get index to make backlink
I didn't know what i understood right please anybody answer me.
For example
If I had my keyword : dreambox
I already did my Fast Poster with Scrape box in auto approve list (in my keyword dreambox in harvested link ).
I postd Success about 10,000 links ,so
Q2: The question is "Must i use feature ping mode in scrape box to get my 10,000 links index" ( If i use i will gonna be sandbox? )
Q3: What is the RSS ping feature used for?
I saw in the video

He said that you can copy your link
Q4: (It mean 10,000 link that I already posted ,?)
Q5: One way I can use RSS XML export settings to get .XML ,then upload it on my hosting to use RSS feature to ping them? )
Q6: So I got to understand that RSS feature and ping mode is the same to make the spider to crawl the link index?
I saw the rss Service in ping mode is the same RSS feature)
Q7: If I understood , Q6 right, Why don't they use the RSS service than ping mode?
Q8: It's a some kind of RSS service which i get
