Just like the title , is there a way to remove all external url from my blog posts ?

You can type your post title on google and you'll get plugins suggestions free and premium ones, I do that a lot for anytime I'm in a jam or need something creatively done. Loads of plugins and recommendations available. Google is your friend when it comes to WordPress.
