Hey, I want to create and upload multiple websites, app back-end, and micro web services from a single account .
which is the best affordable plan for me ?

Hostgator Baby plan?

Bluehost unlimited plan? OR ???

these all host have strict policies on inodes and cpu ,so i think go with small vps may be contabo or ovh otherwise they provide hosting too with really high resources.none of these like they shout unlimited unlimited ,while they did not mention inodes or cpu allocation
 
Looking for shared hosting go with name cheap or siteground.

For vps I would suggest ServerHosh from marketplace. They have cpanel based managed vps starting from $25.

I personally use hostgator, no complaints
 
Siteground all the way Support is Awsome Nvr got downtime and Alot of resources
 
2 of the companies listed are owned by EIG. Blue Host and Hostgator. You can do a little google search and take it from there. Best of luck
 
Hostgator and BlueHost both owned by same company. Better you can go with siteground or dreamhost
