these all host have strict policies on inodes and cpu ,so i think go with small vps may be contabo or ovh otherwise they provide hosting too with really high resources.none of these like they shout unlimited unlimited ,while they did not mention inodes or cpu allocation

For vps I would suggest ServerHosh from marketplace. They have cpanel based managed vps starting from $25.
