I have allowed Textnow site to access microphone in chrome/firefox and also checked my Windows 10 setting to see that Microphone access is On, but still having this error:

Please Help

Have you installed the mic drivers again? google the model number of your pc/mac to do so

@kiriguy No, I never updated driver, let me try to do that. Thanks for the help

If that doesnt do anything OS update usually helps, remove and restart and THEN install the app again.

Does the mic work on other apps or windows?
