microphone

I have allowed Textnow site to access microphone in chrome/firefox and also checked my Windows 10 setting to see that Microphone access is On, but still having this error: Please Help

I am looking for a good microphone to screencast with camtasia. Internal Mic is not that good for recording. I searched on google and found this: But price is so high for me. Budget is $15-$20 . Can anyone suggest a good one within this price? Thanks. :)
