Help needed: Looking for proxy provider with US ISP/ASN rotation for testing

Hi everyone!

This is my first post here on BHW, and I would be really grateful for any help or suggestions

I’m currently looking for a proxy provider that supports **residential or rotating proxies in the US** — ideally with:
- a **large pool of internet providers (ISPs / ASN codes)**
- the ability to **rotate IPs between different ISPs**
- or, even better, the option to **target or filter by ISP/ASN**

The goal: I'm writing an **API test** to simulate requests from users across different US ISPs, to check how our system responds.

I’ve already tested **BrightData** and **NetNut**, but so far I couldn't reliably rotate through different ISPs — mostly just IP changes within the same provider.

I’m not scraping or doing anything shady — just functional testing of our backend.

If anyone has any provider recommendations, feedback from real experience, or any tips on how to achieve this — I’d truly appreciate your input

I’ll definitely try posting in the "Want to Buy" section and check out the sellers. Hopefully I can find a provider that supports ISP rotation. Appreciate your help!
