Help Needed - Is this type of redirection between domains possible ? .net language used

Hello All,

we have two domain names i.e. Domain A and Domain B both build in Drupal.
Now i want to redirect internal pages of Domain A to Internal Pages of Domain B.

Is it possible ? if yes how ?
