Hello everyone,

I’m facing a frustrating issue with my Facebook Ads account. After adding my credit card, my account got banned, and despite reaching out to Facebook support, they haven't been able to resolve the issue. I’m really at a loss on how to fix this.

I even tried buying a Facebook Ads account with a USA IP and cookie from ***.com, used incognito mode, and added a Revolut credit card, but I ended up with the same problem. I’m wondering if the issue could be because I’m located in Germany.

Do you think using a Facebook Germany account with a German IP might help? Any advice or suggestions on how to overcome this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

It could be helpful to try using a Facebook account with a German IP to see if that resolves the issue. Sometimes, mismatches between the account location, IP, and payment method can trigger Facebook's security systems. By aligning all these factors, using a local account, IP, and payment method. You might reduce the chances of your account being flagged or banned. It’s worth a shot to see if this approach works better for you.

Before, when I had no experience, I also encountered this case many times, and I found a solution. Here is my advice for you:
- Use a clean IP
- Via holds the account to add the card, good via to add the card will also be better
And it is better to add by phone for a better rate
Good luck, if you need more support, please PM me

There are a lot of services that can give you the accounts ads credit cards that you will only need to focus on the advertising, can save a lot of time!

You can use a service that provides you with an account that already has a credit card so you can focus on your work, which can help you save time.

I think the problem is with your payment card. You can use an agent's account. The account already has their payment card.

I think the problem lies in the payment card. You can use account services where the card is available

Have you created a new account and then re-added the card? I think I should try it

I think you should use the service at agencies with healthy accounts with spending history and cards added to your advertising account. to avoid losing your time and money

You should use the old account or use the agent account at this time. Because with the new account now when you use them, they will die immediately.

I think you can use a clean IP and use account services where the card is available

I think you can use a clean IP and use account services

Ensure that the credit card information you provided is accurate and that there are no issues with the card itself (e.g., expired, insufficient funds).

Sometimes, issues take time to resolve, especially with large platforms like Facebook. And I hate it

Now that's normal, it happens a lot. Get used to it.

It sounds like Facebook automated systems are flagging your account due to the mismatched location and payment details. Using a USA IP with a Revolut card from Germany could be causing suspicion. Facebook tends to flag these kinds of setups especially if they detect unusual activity across different regions.

I think you should try using advertising accounts that you can rent from agencies, they can find out the reason, 1 is your content 2 is how you use the link

Try hiring an advertising expert to help you see, probably IP and VIA are holding the advertising accounts
