Help Needed! 120 GB Offshore Streaming Server

I am new to dedicated and VPS servers. I have 100GB of video files to upload to a server. I am looking for a server that can be used to stream these videos to at least 100 users per day. Please suggest to me what type of server I need. It should be DMCS free and offshore. Thanks!
