Help: My website size is 431 mb ???

Hi I recently installed backup buddy on my website and try to full back up on my local storage its showing 431 MB as my website storage, how can i reduce this size on my site, is it because i haven't deleted non used pages on my site from theme?

but when i checked on gtmatrix.com it showing as , so i am not understanding what am i missing here ?

Your page is just 1.63mb (home page?) while the backup cointains all your pages, themes, Fonts, login data.
 
ok got it, so i need to check each page performance for the same to see my actual complete website performance right?

and with those metrics from the above is it ok to go with or do I need any improvements?

You can reduce the page load speed by reducing the materials/files that is being loaded. You don't have to reduce your backup size as that doesn't matter at all. You can optimize the files that are being called on all page loads ( header, footer,css,js etc) and improve your metrics.

i guess these are ok metrics to go with?

one more noob question:
when I click on view pages source on my WordPress website i can see in the coding the theme name is mentioned more than 100 times how can we change that to our website name or by default is it same for all the themes to have the theme name in the source code?:
for its there 149 times in the source code for my website
