Facebook has changed a lot in the last few years. With a brand-new account (especially 1 day old), posting links directly in groups for CPA offers will usually get your posts removed or your account flagged.
What most people do now is:
- Warm up the account first – add some friends, join groups, comment on posts for a few days. A fresh account posting links immediately looks like spam to Facebook.
- Avoid direct CPA links – most groups block external links or affiliate links. That's why you see a lot of AI-generated posts without links.
- Use a bridge or funnel – people usually send traffic to a page first (blog, landing page, or content page) and then redirect to the CPA offer.
- Soft promotion works better – instead of dropping links, create posts that provide value or start a discussion. Then place the link in comments or your profile.
- Groups are stricter now – admins and Facebook both filter spam heavily, so many marketers rely more on pages, reels, or ads instead of just group posting.
