I havent watched the video or your channel but just by looking at the thumbnail and title I would say this type of content would work good on reddit and social media. Rankings on youtube results would be hard at first. Try promoting it over social media after you get loads of views from that you will find your rankings getting a positive spike soon.

he's right, that title it's hard to rank by it's self.. reddit.

It looks like you are trying to rank for these keywords. Yet you do not have them in your title whatsoever. Also your first tag is "inventions" the first tag should be your primary keyword.

An example
Title: Keyword 1 | Keyword 2 | ClickBait |
Description: Copy Title, Add http:// link
