Thank you for your reply. I've renamed my active theme folder and plugin folder to disable them through ftp, but no use, wp-login.php is still a blank page, and bookmarked wp-admin page still shows those strange codes. I planned to contact the host company yesterday, but eventually I didn't, because I want to try by myself once again, but still failed. I will try to contact my hosting company today. Thanks again.
