[Help] How to Request and Use the Money I've Earnt

I've earned, to date, around $65 from PPD. I'm from a country not supported by PayPal and I'm only 17 with no credit card. I plan on following my IM dream and investing all the money I earn online. I decided to purchase GSA SER and some domains once I have the funds, but apparently I can't do that with an unverified PayPal account. I'm also afraid of losing my money if I request a payout to the PayPal account.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I think the owner of GSA is a trusted memebr here. Maybe you can talk to him and then have your ppd network send the money to his pp account?
