Help Finding a Thread Please. TIA

I was here in the forums somewhere last week and ran across an article/tutorial on how to properly use hashtags to grow your instagram account. It was a really great post. Problem is, I lost power in the storm and lost where the thread was posted before I could watch it or bookmark it. I have searched and searched with all the terms I can think of and can't find that darn article. It was about doing it manually and using hashtags that were in proportion to your account size at the moment with a long range plan of getting your pics to the #1 spot on the bigger hashtags. I feel like an idiot right about now, because, I can't find the dang thread.

Anybody please drop me a link to that thread? Much appreciated.

PS. not looking for bots or software at the moment, just looking for that thread to follow his advice to get my account growing organically. Thanks Y'all...
