Help! Disabled Instagram

Hey! I have been working very hard the past four years building my instagram page and have now reached over 1 million followers. In the past when I've been disabled, they have sent me a verification email asking to take a pic holding a code, and usually after I send in the verification, my page is reactivated by the next business day. I was disabled again earlier this week, and received the verification email on thursday afternoon. I replied minutes later, but still havent received a response from instagram. People have told me that sometimes their experience has been having to wait 5-6 business days before getting their page reactivated. If anyone has any info on their experience or what they know about the "wait time" id greatly appreciate it!

Just wait for some days then try again

same thing happen. i send them mail no reply for 4 days and i today try my instagram hacked and report i think again i send them mail

When you have a large following, a public page, and an active following, it's quite normal. I know about 30 other 1m+ pages and we all get disabled every 4-6 months for one reason or another...If too many people flag/report your post, i think IG HAS to freeze/disable your page while they investigate why so many red flags went up. A lot of people threaten to report me when they ask for promotion post and I tell them no... Wish there was a way around that

When you contacted them did they send ANY reply at all? Even an email saying "your account was disabled for violating our terms" or an identification verification email?

Just a simple tip bud, just don't reply to them. Decline message and there he/she goes.

Thanks for the info. That's another reason I'm thinking of just going to spam route. No reason to build something up only to have it deleted for no reason at all. IG and Facebook are too tyrannical.

I respond to all promotion inquiries. A lot of people ask for a price chart, then turn around and ask for free promo. Sometimes you don't know people's intentions until they state them

True. I'm scared to use bots/spam apps because I also know a lot of those accounts that got permanently deleted, the owners filed a hacked report and got a response from IG saying "Hi, it looks like your account has been disabled. We disable accounts that don't follow our terms of use. Blah blab blah" I don't know what their personal settings were for those apps but IG is definitely scouting for profiles that use them. Promotion post can also be flagged as spam if you use the same exact pic/caption/hashtag too many times without adding a filter or doing something to change it. Sexual content can get flagged... Posting copyright songs (even a selfie video with the radio playing in the background) can get flagged.. Every time one of us gets disabled we have a group chat and figure out what we did/posted that pissed off IG.. They are getting a lot more strict now, and their help center is backed up so it takes longer to get pages back. We use to get our pages back the very next morning, now it takes up to a week I guess
