I intend to create an agency website for my Content Writing Business.

Please what plugin do I use to create a customer dashboard where they can place and manage their orders.

I intend to use WORDPRESS CMS.

Try woocommerce with services extension

You may do that in many ways and there have lots of plugin available to make the content restricted by user role in WordPress. Normally Paid Membership Pro plugin is great for this type of website. I found a plugin in WordPress repository called "WP Customer Area" which could also help you in your project.
