You don't need a guide.
You need to build a good looking website with content, then add a page showing contact and privacy policy .
You need to avoid nudity and fraud clicks . Don't even think to fool google by asking friends to click on your ads or join clicks exchange groups. You will get banned.

Getting approved is pretty easy. You just need a site with a decent theme, and I'd recommend at least 20 pages/posts on it with a fair amount of high-quality images. Use all high-quality info, no spun content.
As for not getting banned, don't click your own ads and install a click fraud protection script to help prevent malicious users from trying to get your account banned.

It's not hard to get approved by Adsense, if you're not approved means something going in with the site.
I would suggest to look for other networks in addition to Adsense as even if you got approved by them it's small chances you'd get good monetization.

There are sellers in the marketplace who sell these accounts if you really do get stuck.
Otherwise a decent site, good, unique content, no shady redirects or anything, images free from copyright or common licence allowed, and make it a good site, offering value.
