i want just to promot my site to get traffic from those websites , idont know if is it still works for seo , do u have any idea please

GSA works great for Tier 2/3 currently. However, not so much for tier 1 links. Mostly you would use it to diversify your backlinks & push bunches of links towards your social media links & web 2.0's.

You can do that with GSA too. But I don't think it will bring a lot of traffic. Unless you can target a specific forum. If it helps maybe you can try posting to the forum manually. It will be much genuine if your response are helpful and it might lead to sales.

It's not going to work, because it is not getting updated any more, as the sites it has listed in it have changed a lot. So, you might get 1 successful submission out of 1000 sites.
