11 years ago I nearly died from smoking, I fell into the doctors stinking of smoke, that day I couldn't walk hardly and my whole body was yellow and stinking from smoking, each time I moved I was exhausted ready to drop physically.
When I got to see the doctor that day I was rush to hospital to see what was wrong, apparently my sugar was 3 times not allowed and salt was heigh and I was confirmed having diabetes.
But also my smoking cigarettes had effected my hart and cased damage.
I was advised if I don't give up now I will die, that was from a hart consultant.
I also Had to give up on junk food and sugar and salt.
I was given patches from my doctor the strong ones, every time I wanted a cigarettes I put a new patch on.
Cost me hundreds in patches but knew eventually I'll be smoke free.
11 years it has been since that day smoking so I promise can be done.
The only thing I suggest if possible little portion of food but plenty of mix vegetables.
You can eat as many vegetables as you like.
Meat the size of the palm of your hand only.
Exercise I suggest 30 minutes walks minimum but only when you're allowed.
The problem is not smoking will increase eating and the weight no good for you and your hart.
Must take walks to lose the fat from the dinners.
Plenty of zero fat drinks no sugar drinks at all.
Eat loads of fruit and water will help to pass all fat out the body.
I am currently on 13 tablets a day, so I know the pain of smoking not good.
I wish you good luck, please get well and back on track.
You can do this!!!!
All the best m8.
