Has anyone been able to make a Facebook account?

It is better to open a facebook account using your Gmail or Yahoo. Don't use any temporary email.

Have the similar issue, always asks me for photo verification, which wasn't the case few months ago.
 
Yeah recently it always ask photo verification within seconds.
I use GMAIL and legit phone number.
 
YEah . Right now almost each account as soon as I create before even make bio or create account ask for photo. Maybe its because I create them with vpn. I am thinking to use rotating proxy.
 
If you create one account per IP, verification will not be required, also make sure that you are not using VPN or proxy.
I am always openingfb from mobile and fb accounts are working great so far without any issues.
 
Yes, you are right! Recently, fb always ask for photo to verify your identity.

I had to merge several of your posts in this thread. In the future, could you please use the multi-quote feature? If you're unsure of how to use the multi-quote feature, @Don't Panic posted a detailed thread in the Newbie Guide section that goes over it called "How to: post a quote"
 
I used for handreds registration mail.ru + change exif data on photo + virgin proxy + new user agent . Almost all accouns working

Same here. As much account as I create as much as is blocked or asked to verify from "secure your account"
