hello everyone, I have some lifetime limited PayPal accounts, one person told me it can unlock it (he's an hacker). Is it true? Or it's just a scam? Someone fix this with methods like this?

Not possible, No doubt He is a scammer. All of these so called hackers are scammer. don't fall into such traps.

Plain BS. Although you can just create a new one with fresh IP, fresh computer etc.

Even if you create a new one, if any information is related to any banned accounts, Paypal will eventually ban you for circumventing. You may be able to get away with it for awhile but eventually they will ban you again.

Hi

I don't think "it can unlock it"
Paypal probably invest millions on security and all different minor use cases like this one.

Do not believe what people tells you, internet is full of scammers.

I'm working with eBay and Paypal, Mostly with Legal appeals MC011 and PayPal limitations.

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS UNLOCKING PAYPAL.

Once Paypal suspended you and your money is on hold for 180 days - goodbye. The only way is to create stealth account. ( stealth account can be on your own name, someone is the forum is selling the book for this).

But most importantly - hackers, idiotackers and any random person spamming youtube, instagram or facebook - they are fake. they know they can manipulate people, because no one in the world can do this. Believe me.
