WordPress has lots of templates and plugins to help make your site look authoritative in 2020 so I recommend starting out with it.
You can host Wordpress yourself on a server, get hosting from the BHW Marketplace, host it on a cloud platform like Microsoft Azure or get dedicated WordPress hosting (just search for this in Google).
Step 2: How are you going to monetize?

To monetize transactional searches you can use affiliate offers in your copy and get paid a commission. For informational searches you can run banner ads (as an example). For navigational searches, forget it.

Another idea is to use the allintitle: modifier, if you have keywords with less than 500 allintitle competitor pages, it is worth another look. You can also divide the monthly searches of your keyword by the allintitle competitors to get a ratio to see how easy it will be to get on the first page.
So if you put in Coronavirus, you get some following search terms you can use to make articles:
