Maybe this is shared before, I don't know. I thought it will be useful for some.

Step 1:
Go to google and type your money keyword or any other keyword you want to check.

Step 2:
Copy all content from every site on page 1 and paste it in wordcounter.net one by one
You can copy just the article or you can copy all web page.

Step 3:
x1 will be one worded keywords

x2 will be two worded keywords. You can find good ones here.

x3 will be three worded keywords, ofc.

Bonus:
Click on the little icon to open the Options menu.

Here you can choose the number of words of the keywords you want to see.

You can find good LSI keywords for your articles but also you can find the competitors` ranking keywords. Hope this helps.

Just did some digging and I don't see anyone share this..I love the fact that people still come up with something related to research

That's a pretty cool way to check each page of content.

You can do that with the SEO Quake add in in browsers FF and Chrome too. Just navigate to the page you are scoping and click the expand button. Works pretty good too, although I don't think it expands more than 5 or 6 word key phrases in the free version.

Great Share OP.

i was using seo quake, but this method looks much better to create proper content with targeted keywords :)

Ubersuggest can do this work more easily...

Is there an offline program that can do the work of Wordcounter.net? The site is too slow and keeps freezing when I enter too much words.

This is an excellent tip! Thank you - very helpful for us guys on a zero budget!
