Yes, totally agree, guest posts only work if the site is real, has traffic, and the link adds value

I’ve seen wasted links on low quality sites. Relevance and user intent matter most
 
But there are sites with decent amount of traffic built just for selling links, some are even spammed to death.
 
Many waste money on guest posts by ignoring site quality always ensure the site is real, gets traffic, and the link feels natural; anyone else experienced this?
