Guest blogging on PR2 website

Hello, I'm not sure if this is the right section. But I have a website with PR2 and I allow guest blogging - you can prepare article and I can post it for free. It must be 100% unique and it must cover mobile phones, tablets, mobile applications, etc....

Niche seems to be mobile phones related. What is the DA/PA of your site? it's important than the PR these days

How many links you are allowing ? I mean, How many backlinks you are allowing to create ?
