Hi, I want to run ads on Google and Facebook. I figured that Google and Facebook demands GSTIN in payment information and would charge 18% GST on ad spent. So if my ad spend is Rs. 100,000 then they will charge Rs. 118,000 to me. 18% is a huge number.
I wanted to know these things.
1) If I set my account currency INR and pay 18% GST then can I claim that GST as Input Tax Credit(ITC)? If it is possible then can that accumulated ITC amount can be transfered back to my bank account in any way? Since I don't deal with any local clients or agencies I would not be able to adjust that ITC in any local invoice.
2) If I set my account currency in USD then will I have to pay GST?
3) If both of these options won't work then can I register a US LLC as a non-US resident and operate business from outside? I'm into affiliate marketing and SEO.
