yeah, they mentioned that you have content issues please check your site do you have unique content instead of DMCA/ duplicate content
And I think as a casino niche its so many restrictions , better you just work on the content you published and check the external links too

And what language is your site about English or other language?
Mainly in Indonesian language. But as I can see we have multiple websites so content will be same mostly, and I'm checking the backlinks there is no spamy backlinks. So can you please suggest or guide me for same.

I think the page might have malicious scripts or downloads, content violations, policy violations, and many other quality and legal issues that can cause this issue. When Google encounters phishing, malware, unwanted software, or social engineering sites, they show this issue in GSC. Check all those aspects on the site, and if you don't have these problems on that page, you can request a review.

No other websites dont have any issues only prblem with this website only. and yes, the wesbite is related to casino / gambling and in the targeted country casino is banned / illegal.
