Growth Hacking a Fashion Label

I spent the last 9 months building a fashion label with quite special clothes and we just went live.
I'm looking for ideas to get traffic and as I put tons of effort into this I'd love it if you helped me brainstorm a bit.


My ideas so far:
- Usual ads with Pics.
- Bloggers/instagrammers. How do I find good one? How much will they charge?
- Start our own Affiliate Programme. If someone refers a customer, they get cash or a coupon. Literally anything is possible, customers could get store credit for refering friends, bloggers could get money for generating sales. I could even set up an MLM - System- for bloggers/marketers to refer other bloggers, and earn percentages of their sales. Ideas?

How could I get into these areas?
- used clothes sites. Posting pictures of the clothes as if I'm someone selling them second hand with a link to my webshop is the only thing I can come up with. Maybe automate this?
- Facebook groups.
- Fashion Forums.
- Pinterest.

you've got some good ideas there, i'd take it one step at a time though. I don't know your country but MLM or Pyramid schemes are illegal in the UK, so i'd avoid that if you want to establish in the UK.

I'd start with 1. your own website (shopify?) 2. fb and instagram ads. Get a profitable campaign with both and then you can move on to affiliates, etc. Don't even think about that other crap before you nail these two.

Thanks for the advice with the UK, I will keep that in mind. In Germany MLM is alright, if you don't make false promises.

• We do have a well designed, functioning WP Webshop with professional photos, which just launched a few days ago.
  
• A Facebook Page with around 150 Followers
• An Instagram page with around 400 Followers
• Lot's of good looking Photos

So right now is the time to nail the marketing thing.

That's why I'd love to hear if you have any ideas and what you think about mine.
