Got some emails. How do I send them things?

Hi, I got some emails from a group (not scraped) for promoting a product and they gave emails. Now, as AWeber, GetResp, Mailchimp requires double optin and such, how do I send mails to those emails?

What is the best way? Any free way OR SMTP is the only way?
