got a full ai bot concept and looking for a dev to bring it to life

looking for a dev who can build a telegram bot that connects to gpt, scrapes/processes data, handles rule-based logic and manages user subscriptions/payments.
i’ve already mapped out everything clearly. not looking for ideas. just need someone who can execute well, improve on the flow where needed and commit fully once we kick off. don’t want someone half-interested or juggling 10 other projects. i need someone reliable who’s actually down to build this out properly with me. this will be either a paid gig or equity based depending on your skillset and involvement. if you’re good and we click, I’m open to rev share or giving you a proper stake. all can be discussed.

i’ll be handling the business, ops, and marketing side. i've got some strong local connections for the bot we need. just need someone solid on the dev end who can own the build.

stack (or equivalent) you should be familiar with:

• telegram bot api (ideally python but flexible)
• openai / gpt integration
• scraping (playwright / bs4 etc)
• backend (fastapi / flask or anything lightweight)
• vector db (pinecone / chroma / your preferred)
• payments (stripe + paynow or similar)
• deployment (railway / fly.io / your choice)

if you have a different stack that can do the same job or better, great.
