Anyone know how to get a website to show the sub-category or sub-page listing like this:

Is this a function of the sitemap.xml ?

The search engines do it for you if they consider you an authority site. Google does my site this way and Yahoo does not. Funny thing is that I rank higher on Yahoo for most of my keywords. But I am #2 on yahoo and Google for my main keyword (not a real competitve term).

When Google indexed my site I had bought some cheap traffic so when they indexed I was getting thousands of hits per day so they concidered my site an authority site. I did not recieve 1 click on my ads so I stopped the traffic. By the time Yahoo indexed my site I was getting substaintually less traffic and they did not consider the site an authority site.

Those are sitelinks... comes automatically when your website content is rich. I have had 8 on my website as well.

And talking abt the website - blizzardinternet is pretty cool, guy bought an big office somewhere in US :)

Google guidelines say it is an automated process taking place when they think the site is authoritative. I got something similar but smaller for a forum. Large authority sites appear even linked in the suggestions (eg seek paypal, you get a link even before of seeking).

Mostly automated. I doubt it will happen if you don't use Google analytics and if you don't authenticate the site with G.
