Many people mix those two ideas From my experience new sites often take time before rankings become stable I focus on publishing useful content improving internal links and staying consistent instead of worrying too much about temporary ranking changes

what you mean by act honestly. We aren't spamming or stealing any info. No hidden tricks to fool users. What else one can do.

Can create new posts but updating a page can only be done once you know exact thing. As it's not stable, making changes is also not helping.

What about market that is paying too much to get traffic. Can this approch bypass them

Not always. It depends on the sector. There's a reason they're called "white hat" or "black hat."
 
sandbox isn't officially confirmed by google but everyone in seo sees it, new sites get suppressed for a few months regardless of quality before ranking normally
 
Is there a way keep site healthy during this time so that it can grow. As of now traffic isn't normal and any change is like guess work
 
Ranking variation is there withinn a week difference. Pages ranks one day and next day blank
 
Unsure about this term.

as ranking of page is changing from 50-90 and page is only getting impressions.

You don't see any traffic on website.
Data in Google search console keeps on changing.
